For the safety of our volunteers and community, we have decided to close Cascadia Art Museum temporarily, effective March 12. This decision is based on recommendations from public health officials and in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19. In addition, all public events that were scheduled for March have been postponed.
We continue to closely follow the guidance of the Washington State Department of Health and the Snohomish Health District, and we are assessing when we might be able to reopen to visitors. We are also exploring options for special hours of operation with limited visitorship. More details on those potential alternatives to follow.
These are difficult and uncertain times for many in our community, including arts organizations.
